When we first started Healthy Girls® five years ago, we simply wanted to help young girls feel better about themselves and learn to take care of their bodies through lifelong fitness and nutrition.  We offered classes locally and began getting interest nationally.  After having success with empowering young girls through self-esteem enhancement, we've turned our attention to empowering women.  Our DBA Network (Dream, Believe, Achieve) is all about putting our BinaB (Business in a Box) in the hands of women everywhere to affect a change in their lives, and in the very world in which we live - one girl at a time.  Our BinaB includes a HUGE curriculum, a teacher training video and a business and marketing section.  We'll have ongoing teleseminars, 24/7 forums, new curriculum offerings and support like you get from great girlfriends - great girlfriends with a lot of business experience!  This is for stay-at-home Moms who want to start a business that works with their family's schedule.  It's for recent college grads who want to get a head start on their future by investing in themselves.  It's for gym owners who want to add to their existing offerings.  It's for schools and non-profits - and anyone who cares about girls and their future.  Don't you want to be a part of that?  Isn't it exciting to be able to affect a change, to be a part of something bigger than yourself - especially one that will help you as well?  Can you feel it?

If you can dream it, you can achieve it, you just need to believe it.
